I've coached softball at San Francisco Acacia Swimming Club since 2012. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
