Kévin Aubert
Mentor in careers and nursing
- 🇫🇷 Poitiers, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France
- Poitiers Community Trust
- 1983 to 1995
- French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 680 people through Poitiers Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Kévin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Kévin: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
