Ketki Gala
Master of plumbing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Little Beacon Works
- 1995 to 2015
- English
I've worked in plumbing from 1995 to 2015. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 400 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ketki
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Ketki: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
