I'm a mentor in software. I've spent my career as a nurse and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Keren
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Keren: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
