Helping people break into software
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Tokyo Youth Network
- Since 1978
- Japanese
For 48 years I've mentored people in software and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Kenta
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
