Kennedy Vance

Helping people break into engineering

  • 🇳🇿 Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand
  • Auckland Mentoring Circle
  • Since 1984
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,260 people through Auckland Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Kennedy

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
