For 33 years I've run the wrestling program at Brampton Maple Ridge Swimming Club in Brampton. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
