Kennedy F. Price

Cross country and fitness coach, Bakersfield

  • 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
  • Bakersfield Athletic Club
  • Since 1980
  • English, French
I've coached cross country at Bakersfield Athletic Club since 1980. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

More about Kennedy

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Kennedy: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
