Kenji Takeda
Careers mentor, Sapporo
- 🇯🇵 Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan
- Starlight Foundation
- Since 2017
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 390 people through Starlight Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Kenji
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
