Helping people break into engineering
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States

- 2013 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through San Jose Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Kendall
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 2025. I still have your notes. Greetings from Naples.
