Kemi Ronke Balogun
Folk music and violin teacher
- 🇳🇬 Bonny, Rivers, Nigeria
- Since 2005
- English
I play folk music and violin. I started in 2005 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Kemi
I write my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Kemi: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.

You played at our wedding in 2019 and it was perfect. Greetings from Kinondoni.
