Kelechi Daniel Chukwu
Painter, potter and teacher at Lagos Art Collective
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria

- Since 1990
- English
I work mostly in mural painting, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 1990 at Lagos Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I always make time for a proper cup of tea. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Kelechi
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Kelechi: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
