For 19 years I've mentored people in farming and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
What gifts mean to Keith: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
