First-generation students mentor, Bristol

For 15 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Keith
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Keith: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
