For eight years I ran the gymnastics program at Our Lady of Peace Swimming Club in Detroit. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.

What gifts mean to Keith: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
