Keith K. Hayes

Coached rugby for 20 years in Sacramento

  • 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
  • Sacramento Community Club
  • Since 2006
  • English
For 20 years I've run the rugby program at Sacramento Community Club in Sacramento. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I'm still learning every day.

More about Keith

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
