Helping people break into engineering
- 🇺🇸 Laredo, Texas, United States
- Holy Cross Mentoring Circle
- Since 1981
- English
For 45 years I've mentored people in engineering and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
