I've worked in baking since 1979. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,080 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 11 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Keith: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
