Kehinde Blessing Okonkwo
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Abuja, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
- Since 1983
- English
I've worked in bicycle repair since 1983. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,550 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 13 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Kehinde: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
