Kees Ties Willems
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Amsterdam Pottery
- 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
- Old Amsterdam Pottery
- Since 2012
- English, Dutch
I work mostly in calligraphy, sometimes photography. My first show was in 2012 at Old Amsterdam Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Amsterdam Pottery, which keeps me honest.
More about Kees
I've had 10 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Kees: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
