Keerthana M. Murthy
Mentor in leadership and nursing
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Valley View Community Trust
- Since 2005
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Valley View Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Keerthana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

you helped me get my first leadership job in 2006. I still have your notes. Greetings from Rockford.
