Kayode Yinka Alabi
Mentor in careers and software
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Harbor Community Trust
- Since 2003
- English, Hausa, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,270 people through Harbor Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Kayode
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
