Kavitha F. Kurup
Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
- Old Indore Workshop
- 1991 to 2019
- English, Telugu
I've worked in masonry from 1991 to 2019. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,370 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
More about Kavitha
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Kavitha: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
