I'm a mentor in teaching. I spent my career as a nurse and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Kausar
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Kausar: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
