I teach biology at Bayview Academy in Hyderabad since 2005. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I've run the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Kausar
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
