Kato Kamau Maina
Nursing mentor, Embakasi
- 🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Baobab Learning Hub
- Since 1987
- English, Swahili
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,600 people through Baobab Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Kato
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Kato: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

you helped me get my first nursing job in 2016. I still have your notes. Greetings from Regensburg.
