Kato James Swai
Community volunteer, eight years
- 🇹🇿 Mwanza, Mwanza, Tanzania
- Lakeview Neighborhood Trust
- 2017 to 2025
- English
I've volunteered with Lakeview Neighborhood Trust from 2017 to 2025. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I never rush a conversation. Small habits keep a team together.
More about Kato
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to Kato: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
