Swimming and fitness coach, Kikuyu
- 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
- Kikuyu Athletic Club

I coached swimming at Kikuyu Athletic Club from 1979 to 1994. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
