I taught accounting at Good Shepherd Secondary School in Manila from 1981 to 2008. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

What gifts mean to Kathleen: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
