For 15 years I've run the boxing program at San Antonio Boxing Gym in San Antonio. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
