I organize the neighborhood watch in Austin. About 71 people rely on it every week.
I answer every message, eventually. Small habits keep a team together.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Katherine
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Katherine: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
