My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1989 in Dortmund and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
More about Katharina
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Katharina: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.

You fixed our roof in 2015 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Pelotas.
