Kartika Sinta Siregar
Volunteer mentor with Bogor Youth Network
- 🇮🇩 Bogor, West Java, Indonesia
- Bogor Youth Network
- Since 1992
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,430 people through Bogor Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Kartika
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Kartika: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
