I organize the clean-up crews in Thane. About 103 people rely on it every week.
I never rush a conversation. Small habits keep a team together.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Karthik
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Karthik: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
