Karthik D. Reddy
Mentor in teaching and recovery
- 🇮🇳 Nashik, Maharashtra, India
- Heritage Community Trust
- Since 1998
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,510 people through Heritage Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Karthik
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Karthik: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

you helped me get my first teaching job in 2001. I still have your notes. Greetings from Rome.
