I coached athletics at Nagpur Boxing Gym from 1987 to 2004. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
