I've coached swimming at Hamburg Greenfield Athletic Club since 1993. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Karl
If you played for me, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
What gifts mean to Karl: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
