Kariuki Waweru Barasa

Coached boxing for 24 years in Arusha

  • 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
  • Acacia Youth Club
  • Since 2002
  • English, Swahili
For 24 years I've run the boxing program at Acacia Youth Club in Arusha. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.

More about Kariuki

If you played for me, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
