Kariuki Peter Urassa
Woodcarving artist in Kampala
- 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
- Brookfield Print Workshop
- Since 2006
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes glass art. My first show was in 2006 at Brookfield Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I like to keep things simple and honest. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Kariuki
I've had 7 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
