Kariuki Opio Githinji
Master of carpentry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya
- Kisumu Workshop
- 1985 to 1997
- English
I'm a carpentry specialist. If you live around Kisumu, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Kariuki
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Kariuki: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
