Karina S. Mendoza

Musician with Silverlake Quartet

  • 🇺🇸 Erie, Pennsylvania, United States
  • Silverlake Quartet
  • Since 1979
  • English, Spanish
I play tabla and guitar. I started in 1979 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

I still have the recording from that night at Silverlake Quartet. Truly.
