Karina K. Lara
Mentor in farming and nursing
- 🇲🇽 Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, Mexico
- Silverlake Association
- 1981 to 1991
- Spanish, French
For ten years I've mentored people in farming and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Karina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Karina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
