Karina E. Valdez
Choir direction and sitar teacher
- 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Iztapalapa Crescent Ensemble
- 2010 to 2023
- Spanish
I've played choir direction from 2010 to 2023, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 14 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Karina
I wrote my first song when I was 13. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Karina: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
