I've coached hockey at Johannesburg Boxing Gym since 2004. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

If you played for me, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
