I've coached cross country at Andes Community Club since 1991. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Karin
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
