I taught drama at Our Lady of Peace Academy in Essen from 2000 to 2020. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I never once raised my voice.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Karin
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Karin: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me drama in 2015 at Our Lady of Peace Academy. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

I'm a engineer now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Limerick.
