Karin D. Botha

Cycling and fitness coach, East London

  • 🇿🇦 East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa
  • East London Sports Club
  • 1999 to 2018
  • English, Afrikaans
I coached cycling at East London Sports Club from 1999 to 2018. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
