Karim Rami Cherif
Mentor in careers and recovery
- 🇪🇬 Zagazig, Sharqia, Egypt
- Since 1981
- English, Arabic
For 45 years I've mentored people in careers and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Karim
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Karim: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
