Karanja Simiyu Mugisha
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- Harbor Trades Guild
- 1987 to 2015
- English, Swahili
I've worked in welding from 1987 to 2015. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 620 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.

You fixed our roof in 1992 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Riyadh.
