Karanja Maina
Choir director and singer
- 🇰🇪 Machakos, Machakos, Kenya
- Machakos Harbor Choir
- 1989 to 2016
- English
I play brass band and piano. I started in 1989 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.

What gifts mean to Karanja: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
